All orders ship from the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak season (January–April), processing may take up to 5 business days due to high demand.

Shipping Methods

We ship via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery

• Ontario: 2–4 business days
• Rest of Canada: 4–8 business days
• United States: 7–14 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number.

Packaging

Pot extensions are lightweight and durable. We pack them carefully to prevent damage during transit. All packaging materials are recyclable.
