We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your pot extensions arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping.

To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

• Items damaged through misuse
