PlantSphere started with a simple frustration: up-potting.

Every season, we’d go through the same routine — transplanting seedlings into bigger pots, buying more soil, disrupting roots, wasting time. The trays worked fine. The setup worked fine. The only problem was the pot was too short.

So we designed something to fix that: a snap-on extension that adds root space without replacing the pot. No new trays. No transplanting. No mess.

We prototyped. We tested. We iterated. We ran them through full growing seasons on our own plants — tomatoes, peppers, herbs, everything we could throw at them. The design kept getting better.

Once we had something we trusted, friends and fellow growers wanted in. Then their friends. That’s when we realized this wasn’t just a personal hack — it was a product.

So we started PlantSphere.

Every extension is designed and 3D printed right here in Toronto, Canada using food-grade PETG — durable, moisture-resistant, and built for reuse season after season.

We’re a small operation, and we like it that way. Every product that leaves our shop has been made with the same care we’d put into something we use ourselves — because we do.

PlantSphere doesn’t try to reinvent your growing setup. It just removes a step that wastes your time.
